Dedicating Our Commitments to the Lord

On March 1, 2026 during our weekly gathering for worship, we prayerfully dedicated our commitments to the Lord for the Gathered & Growing project.

How We Prepared

Following a four-week sermon series on biblical principles of generosity and stewardship, we took two weeks as individuals and families to prayerfully consecrate ourselves and consider how God might be calling us to give generously, joyfully, and sacrificially to Gathered & Growing as a means of fulfilling our mission to pervade the Back Mountain, Wyoming Valley, and the world with the gospel.

Our Commitment

Together as a church–from founding members to recent additions to our church family–we brought our commitments before the Lord as an act of worship and consecration, gratefully celebrating his faithfulness to all generations. In God's providence, we offered these commitments to the Lord on a Sunday where we also celebrated communion together. This was a special reminder of our union with Christ and one another, as well as the generosity of our merciful God through giving us salvation and every spiritual blessing through Christ. Any sacrifice on our part pales in comparison to the gift of redemption we have received, and is our reasonable worship in response to our generous God!

What's Next

Continue to pray for God's leading and guiding in both the campaign and the project as we seek to use all our resources to the glory of God. Continue to pray for participation from each and every member and regular attender of Fellowship Church–that though the amounts may vary, each of us may be united with one another in our joyful commitment to invest in eternal pursuits through the stewardship and development of our campus for greater ministry impact. Pray for God to multiply our commitments and continue to shape our hearts to continually seek to worship him more faithfully and wholeheartedly through our giving.

Our financial team will compile the commitments we received and we look forward to sharing the total commitments to date at a Gathered & Growing celebration service on Sunday, March 15.

If you were not able to join us for worship on Sunday, March 1, you may drop off your commitment card during our church office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM or mail it to 45 Hildebrandt Rd, Dallas, PA, 18612.

How to Give

Online gifts may be made at any time at fellowshipefc.org/give or gatheredandgrowing.org/give, or in designated envelopes that will be made available at the beginning of the official giving period, April 2026. If you have questions about making special gifts, such as gifts of stock, property, or mutual funds shares, contact your financial advisor or email our financial team for more information.

As we move forward as a worshipping, growing, and serving body of believers, may we stay rooted in prayer, united in worship, and expectant for all that God will do in and through Fellowship Church.
